Important notes / Tips: ...Since we also offer much more luxurious CSM Orca Hypalon Sea super rafts instead, we kept our HEYtex AirTracks for water as simple as possible!

Please note that we did not, so delibertly not added the non-slip PVC from Mehler on top as an extra! It would also destroy the feeling of a smooth surface to be used as an water slide instead as well. Or when sunbating instead (...as your sun-pad e.g.), you do not want- or like the hardened surface when the non-slip PVC from Mehler would be glued on top instead as well.
 
Where we also strongly recommand that you better do not need an extra layer on the bottom (...although you less likely will get possible holes when beaching your airtrack for water raft/so that you could use it on hard rocks as well), but then certainly advice to look at our Orca CSM Hypalon Sea super rafts instead as well ...instead of making your HEYtex AirTrack for water unnecessarily too expensive PLUS compairable in pricing to our extreme sharp priced CSM Orca versions!

Just as we advice for the Borika fastens (FASTen series) and a ladder to come out of the water: Also here better not produced in the combination with the HEYtex PVC, but the right choise for materials and our Orca SCM Hypalon Sea super rafts, where there is no need to add the extra reinforcement / double layer of PVC/Hypalon material on the HEYtex AirTrack for water for instance to protect against wear and tear from the ladder, etc.

The right choise for materials in the right environment

Extra tip / Also Orca CSM Sea super rafts are already fabricated with the extra tape (to rise the working pressure from 70-200 mbar to 200-500 mbar as well) also; plus we used their militairy and resque stronger side fabric for wear and tear, etc.

CSM is valued for its resistance to chemicals, oil, abrasion, weather and temperature extremes and ultraviolet light

The best fabric in nautic is unmistakably CSM (hypalon). We only use the best and finest materials only (supreme quality): Orca® CR /CR dropstitch and Orca® CSM hypalon from the Penel & Flipo company, Belgium.

It is 4x more expensive than any regular Korean, or even the high quality HEYtex PVC DWF, also quite hard to get (...we must order 400 ML, 1,4m in width, for the price 60.000 EUR excl. VAT to get it), and we spend also 2x more time to produce it...
 
Neverthesless: Orca CSM is 5x more resistant to UV (sun), salt water, tear & wear and it is rubber (not slippery) and you do not need extra layers!

Beside everything it sounds (and it is) like carbon to fiberglass;
It is like you would buy a Fiat if you would use Korean PVC DWF, a Volkswagen if you buy Heytex PVC and a true and real exclusive Mercedes if you buy Orca CSM!

Check e.g. also the prices for RIB boats in PVC and CSM (Hyplon) versions. There is a huge difference!
