Dregs Chupacabra longboard deck 39 inch. The Chupacabra features the new chron-cave mold. The Chron-cave mold features a 5/8” drop platform, slight rocker under your front foot and aggressive W concave under your back foot. The mellow drop platform gives your feet “pockets” for those big stand up slides while the rocker and W concave help lock your feet in place for freeriding*, downhill or racing*.

*) FREERIDING: downhill skating, drifting, sliding, hard carves and aggressive manoeuvres. A symmetrical board with deep wheel wells or cutouts. Often drop-through mounted trucks of either "conventional" or "inverted" style. A style that varies with you, but generally involves wheels intended for sliding or thrashing, typically 70-76mm in diameter, and 78A-89A durometer.

*) RACING/DOWNHILL/SPEEDBOARDING: The sport of getting down a hill as fast as possible. Standard downhill (or "DH") decks are rigid for stability, with moderate concave, no kicktail and lengths typically ranging from 36"-46". Inverted-style trucks are used, in both drop-through and top-mount configurations with wheels 70-100mm in diameter and 78A-89A durometer. Look for designs intended to eliminate wheelbite, and prepare to encounter the most exotic of materials ranging from maple to monocoque composites.
